By confirming a domain name order with Hughes Media you are accepting the terms and conditions set by Hughes Media.

Hughes Media offers the service of registering and managing your domains on your behalf (the registrants) including renewals, updates and maintenance.

All domains ending with .com .org etc. are charged at £15.00 + VAT for a 1 year registration period for each domain and thereafter for each renewal period. Please see the UK Domain Agreement page for details on all domains ending in .uk

There is no charge for transferring an existing domain name over to Hughes Media.

Hughes Media will confirm all company and registrant details with you prior to registration of the domain.

Once registered it will be the registrant's responsibility to advise of any changes to these details and it is the registrant’s responsibility to make sure their contact details are up to date.

You will be provided with all of the domain details including expiry dates upon registration.

Renewals:

All domains (with the exception of .uk domains, find out more here) are renewed on an annual basis.

Hughes Media will automatically renew all domains on your behalf up to 30 days before the expiry date unless otherwise specified by the registrant.

If you do not wish to renew a domain please make sure you contact us a minimum of 30 days before your domain expires by emailing us at domains@hughesmedia.co.uk.

Hughes Media takes no responsibility if a domain renewal fails due to contact details being incorrect or if a domain is renewed that is no longer required by the registrant. 

Complaints

We are committed to providing high standards of service to our customers but understand that sometimes things can go wrong.  If you are not satisfied with any part of our domain management service or require to report any abuse, then we want to know about it. We will resolve your complaint as quickly as possible and if appropriate provide an explanation as to what went wrong and how we will seek to resolve the issue.
