The following information applies to .uk domain names registered by Hughes Media.
 

Charges

When you register 1 to 5 .uk domain names with Hughes Media.

Domain name registration and maintenance for a two year period - £20 per domain name.
 

When you register 5 or more .uk domain names with Hughes Media.

Domain name registration and maintenance for a two year period - £10 per domain name.

The above charges relate to new domain name registrations and renewal of domain names.
 

Domain name maintenance

All fees include domain name maintenance. Domain name maintenance includes:

• Changes to DNS information.
• Changes to registrant information.
• Other modifications to a domain name.

Please note. We do not make a charge for moving a domain name to a new registrar.

Requests for changes to a domain name should be sent by email to domains@hughesmedia.co.uk. At present we do not offer a control panel to allow domain names to be managed online.
 

Domain name renewals

We will automatically renew any domain names registered unless instructed otherwise. Instructions to not renew a domain name can be sent to domains@hughesmedia.co.uk or communicated by telephone - 01584 881 686.

Price Changes

We will contact you by email at least 30 days before any changes to the prices shown on this page.
 

Customer Service

Customer service is available between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday to Friday. Contact details can be found here. Hughes Media will act quickly after getting a request from a .uk domain name registrant to take some action and will update registrant's details soon after we know that the current ones are out of date or wrong.
